In our next Meet the Team feature, we’re sitting down with our Tenancy Advisor, Jenna Poulton to learn more about her role and experience…
1. Can you describe your role and key responsibilities at Sterling Properties?
I work in the tenancy team. We are the first port of call for any queries. My role in the department is to work with tenants to help them overcome any challenges they have and ensure they have an enjoyable tenancy with us.
2. What does the concept of the ‘Sterling difference’ mean to you?
In my opinion, the Sterling difference means going above and beyond. It’s about working in a dynamic team to achieve great results while having fun and doing it all with a smile on your face!
3. What do you enjoy the most about your role at Sterling?
I love the variety that comes with managing a diverse tenant portfolio. Every day is different, which keeps the role exciting and I really enjoy supporting tenants from all walks of life.
4. How do you like to spend your time when you’re not working?
I love spending my free time with my partner and our three children. Whether we’re enjoying family days out or cheering from the sidelines, I love watching the kids thrive in their hobbies – football, dancing and wrestling.
5. Can you share an interesting or unusual fact about yourself?
I am an aspiring Irish Dancer – often displaying my talents round the office to the delight of my colleagues.
6. If you could have dinner with any person, (dead or alive), who would it be and why?
Kim Kardashian has been my idol since I was little. I really admire how she built a multi-billion-dollar empire – I just love her.
