After three decades at the heart of Hale’s property scene, respected estate agency John Hilditch has retired, bringing his 30 year tenancy to a close.
While the departure marks the end of an era, Sterling Properties is pleased to announce the start of an exciting chapter with Bentley Hurst.
The property remains as a hub for estate agency services under a new letting agreement with Bentley Hurst putting their own stamp and personality on the space.
The building has been completely transformed to reflect the new tenant’s brand, offering a modern, bright and airy interior, complete with standout signage and lush foliage that perfectly completes the Hale high street vibe.

Emily Parkinson, Commercial Surveyor at Sterling Properties, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Bentley Hurst as new tenants.
“Their vision for modernising the property aligns perfectly with our goal of keeping spaces vibrant and in tune with the character of Hale.
“We’re confident they’ll bring quality services and make a positive, lasting contribution to the area.”
Tom Kirk, Co-Owner and MD at Bentley Hurst, Hale, said: “It’s a privilege to establish our presence here in Hale, a community we know values both tradition and progress.
“From the offset, our aim was to create a space that feels welcoming, modern and reflective of the high standards we set as an estate agency.
“The whole team is so excited with the new premises and we can’t thank Sterling Properties enough for all their help with the smooth transition!”
