After three decades at the heart of Hale’s property scene, respected estate agency John Hilditch has retired, bringing his 30 year tenancy to a close.

The property remains as a hub for estate agency services under a new letting agreement with Bentley Hurst putting their own stamp and personality on the space.
The building has been completely transformed to reflect the new tenant’s brand, offering a modern, bright and airy interior, complete with standout signage and lush foliage that perfectly completes the Hale high street vibe.
