I recently moved into an apartment managed by Sterling Property and found the procedure very quick and easy. I was kept updated throughout the process and was treated in a professional courteous manner.
I have been with Sterling Property for 2 years and am very satisfied with the service that I get from them. The ladies in the collections department are always very helpful and polite and the reps that collect my rent are always friendly. If I do have any repairs then they have always been sorted out quickly by the maintenance department. I am very happy being a Sterling Properties tenant.
